It was crowded, but it seemed to clear quickly They're open until 10 PM, but by 9 PM there were no customers left. “ Biidoro is a long-established Spanish restaurant famous for its paella. This was my first visit to the Ginza branch, but it was spacious and comfortable compared to the Shibuya branch. The weekday-only paella course, which includes a Jamon Serrano salad, a tapas platter, your choice of paella, dessert, and coffee, is a great value at 2,750 yen for a prime location in Ginza. The four-tapas platter far exceeded my expectations, and of course, paella. This restaurant allows one plate per person, so two people can enjoy two types. Biidoro's paella is cooked to perfection. It's crispy yet juicy, locking in the rich flavor of the ingredients. It's so delicious... Even the dessert and coffee were satisfying. ”
